To book classes with us, you need to register with our booking provider, Gymcatch.

Click the red 'Gymcatch' Icon taken to the page.

It's free to register. You would only pay for Hauer Power classes.

Either register via your Facebook login, or the 'register' link.

Once registered you can search 'Hauer Power' to find all of the latest offerings from Karen Hauer.

Dance Energy -Powered by Karen Hauer. Shift your mood. Own your power. Dance it out. Get ready to move your mood In this fun and liberating dance class, you’ll learn easy-to-follow choreography inspired by a vibrant mix of styles—from sassy salsa and fiery flamenco to cheeky Charleston, playful jive, and more. This isn’t just about steps—it’s about shifting your energy, boosting your confidence, and reconnecting with joy. No experience needed—just bring your fabulous self and a willingness to let go Class length: 50 mins ALL AGES WELCOMED £5 of every class price is donated to my chosen charity of the month. In 2025, this will alternate between: Wild at Heart and Vizslamentes. You can find out more about these two wonderful charities and where your money goes on the charity page.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for 1:1s is required 48 hours before your scheduled class time. We will always endeavour to reschedule you to the next suitable slot. 1:1 no-shows after 10 minutes will be charged at 100% of the class cost. if you are running late, please contact info@hauerpower.co.uk with the subject line Late Attendance. Refunds for attendance of online or in-person classes will only be authorised in exceptional circumstances. We will always endeavour to move you to the next available class as a first option. Please contact info@hauerpower.co.uk for any further support. Classs are non-transferable without permission. If you wish to give your class spot to someone else, please contact info@hauerpower.co.uk providing contact details for the new attendee. We will need to send them a medical form before we can trade the session into their name.
